Now I have to pay at least two more days for rental car. It is now DAY EIGHT! 8 days of car rental - no word from Hudson’s! FINALLY got my car back on DAY TEN!!! Not only was my car NOT ready in 3 days as quoted, also final cost was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than quoted. And very expensive rental cat for TEN DAYS!

Walked in to Joe Hudson’s in Bella Vista right at opening time - 3 estimators and shop folks shooting the breeze adjacent to the reception desk. Receptionist said I needed an appointment, first available was in 2 1/2 hours - nobody in lobby. I asked if they could maybe start the process and get back to me (as the other places had), as I had to get to work. Answer was no. Missed out on a $20K+ repair. Most places put customers first - not Joe Hudson’s - you give them your money when it’s convenient to them!
