  Batesville Ar I was completely satisfied being so far away from home needed to get there by the 3rd my neighbor brother wife take off lifesupport .Received a call she expired on my way back to Arkansa turn around heading back to SC . Gave them a call. I needed the car for a couple more days. No problem

  The woman that was there and made everything easy and made renting cars a pleasant experience is gone. The guy that comes up from Little Rock is dishonest and is the singular reason im done with this Enterprise. Lied about rates, lied about availability, quoted us 484, no extras and my wife was charged 619 dollars. Clerk showed up from lunch at 1245, our appt was 1230. Check every single thing he does, hes out to rob you. Never again.

  This was a last resort ,our car broke down and the work we do requires a good working reliable vehicle to get us to 4 to 5 different state. We called the Batesville airport enterprise not once but a few different times regarding out of state license and what we needed to use a debit. We got there with a reservation for 1 pm . The place was closed lights out with a post it saying be back at 1. At about 1:45 A guy came in and by 2 we were told that all the cars had bald or under flatted tires but they were cleaning a car for us. We had everything but then he asked for a utility bill??? Never once mentioned before and makes no sense to people who don't live there and need a car quickly. So we (a friend who took us there) had drove an hour and half for no reason. We never once went into the office, he discussed our buisness in the waiting area around everyone ,while others he let in front of us had the privilege of going in and having there issues solved. It was such a waste of time. Dont go horrible customer service...
