- WMWade MatthewsNov 16, 20253.0I like this pilot and honestly truly wanted to give it a 5 star review but my shower was not cleaned well and literally had some unknown black substance in the shower. It's obvious the shower was neglected as far as cleaning goes because the object/ substance in the picture was easily seen and only able to be missed if you just simply didn't try to clean. If I was rating the shower I would give this place a 1 star review or even 0 if possible. Fortunately other then the shower my experience was great. The public bathrooms are clean the staff are nice and I managed to get a free parking spot at midnight. The parking was a blessing and I can't promise everyone will be able to grab a free spot at midnight but they also have plenty of paid parking aswell.

- EEEricNov 10, 20251.0Be aware when paying at the pump. This Pilot station places a $151 hold on your debit card. Any unused amount can take 3 to 5 business days to return to your account. The station staff may say it’s your bank placing the hold, but after speaking with both Pilot Guest Services and my bank, I confirmed it’s actually the station that requests the higher authorization amount. No fault to the associates, they’re just repeating what management tells them, but customers should know what’s really happening.

This is another truck stop that doesn't know how to do a split axle weight on a CAT scale. I weight multiple times so they could try to do a split axle weight. In the end I wasted time and have tp try and find a different truck stop that can do a split axle weight. You think they would have instructions for it
