I have been a customer at this store for many years, and up until recently I had never felt the need to speak out. However, what I have experienced and witnessed over time has made it impossible to stay silent.
The overall atmosphere of this location has changed drastically. The staff are often dismissive, and the store manager has displayed behavior that is not only unprofessional but, in some cases, outright inappropriate. On one particular visit, I personally saw the manager go so far as to harass an employee, which was both shocking and unacceptable. It left me deeply concerned for the staff who work under this kind of treatment.
The store itself also leaves much to be desired. Cleanliness is an ongoing issue, with visible signs of neglect such as insects and a general lack of upkeep. The environment gives the impression that maintaining the facility is not a priority.
Service is another consistent problem. On more than one occasion, I have had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for basic assistance—such as waiting nearly 30 minutes just to have a battery installed because the correct staff member “wasn’t available.”
Although there are some employees who do their best despite the circumstances, the lack of leadership and professionalism overshadows their efforts. Two employees in particular—the woman often seen in grey and the man seated in the far corner—have consistently shown unprofessional conduct, which deserves immediate termination.
As someone who has supported this store for years, it is disappointing to see how far it has declined. Sadly, because of these repeated negative experiences, I can no longer recommend this location and do not plan to return.

After much consideration, I felt it was important to share my experiences at this location in hopes of providing helpful feedback for both the management team and the Arkadelphia community.
Unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently unsatisfactory. The staff has frequently displayed unprofessional behavior, and the store manager, in particular, has demonstrated a noticeable lack of respect toward both customers and employees. The facility itself is poorly maintained, with visible cleanliness concerns such as dead insects and an overall disregard for proper upkeep.
Customer service has also fallen short on multiple occasions. For example, I once waited nearly 15 minutes for a simple battery installation because the designated employee was unavailable. Interactions often give the impression that staff members are more concerned with moving customers through quickly than with offering quality service.
One of the more frustrating incidents involved ordering a part. I was assured it would arrive within a few days and was instructed to return on a specific date. However, upon returning, I was informed that the order had never been placed, resulting in unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
I sympathize with the employees who must work under such inadequate leadership, as well as with customers who continue to face this level of service. Notably, two staff members—the woman in grey and the gentleman typically seated in the far corner—demonstrated behavior that I found particularly unprofessional and worthy of review.
Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this location and do not intend to return.
