Just when I thought I was back on track, I realized my daughter had my wheel locks, which meant another 30-minute wait. At that point, I felt like I couldn’t win for losing. But Nick made all the difference. He was so kind, patient, and accommodating the entire time. His customer service was truly superb, and he never made me feel like an inconvenience, even with all the delays. Because of Nick’s professionalism and positive attitude, I’ll definitely be back. Thank you to the team at Grease Monkey — and special shout-out to Nick for excellent service!
