- RORebecca O'NealFeb 28, 20261.0Don't go here. The guy "helping" me at the kiosk was rude. He wouldnt even show me the price of the base wash. I told him I could not afford the others. He said "all the base is is just soap and water." Well, yea, that's what I'm here for. After finally giving me the wash i wanted, he then asked for a tip!!! I paid extra and there was nothing different about my experience fr a normal car wash. And then all the dirt still didn't come off. So I'm glad I didnt go for a hot wax for that to be sealed on my car.... I feel like i waisted my money bc I still need to scrub my car. My tip is when a customer tells you they cant afford that, dont make them feel guilty for trying to do what little they can.

My biggest gripe with Mister is the intensity with which they will pester and try to coerce me to pay more/get a membership etc but won't scrub the bird poop off my car. I always have to tell someone to please be sure to scrub or I have to go back through the car wash. You know whats annoying? Having to go through a car wash twice. Car washes are largely about convenience, theres nothing convenient about going through a car wash twice. It should be part of every package that sticky spots get scrubbed well. I can't keep paying for a car wash that leaves bird poop on my car.

- LBLane BJan 21, 20262.0Says they are open until 7, left work and went out of my way to get my car cleaned and vacuum it but they had shut off everything at 6:40. I pay for the monthly membership but wasted my time completely. If you want to close at 6:30 then you should post that as your hours of operation. Is what it is I guess.
