- ZSzac spain5 days ago5.0Ricky helped me with my oil change and replacing some lights right before close, it was greatly appreciated because I had to complete a long drive and did not want to make the drive with my lights out. Ricky was awesome to work with and extremely helpful.

He guided me right in to the bay to start. After he attended to other customers he came back checked my car levels and thinga-ma-bobs 😆(brakes, lights etc). I used to take my car to the dealership and even with an appointment I would be there hrs; plus $89 minimum. I was in & out in 20 mins. Made it to work at The Retreat with time to enjoy my coffee. I will definitely be back.

He truly is the definition of y’all’s mission statement “ Trust, Honesty, Respect, it’s who we are.” I came in thinking I needed a full oil change and he told me topping off my fluids is all I needed. He didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge and I greatly appreciate honest men like him! He has a very kind face and made me feel very comfortable. He appreciates what he does and he does it well.! Thanks Lee!!!!

I’ve been to several express oil changes in Bham and have had problems with almost every one of them from not tightening the oil plug and gasket to not reattaching the skid plate and having it drag underneath my vehicle! Today, I decided to try Express Oil in Cahaba Heights on Crosshaven and EVAN did a fantastic job and made sure none of the other issues that happened in the past happened again today! Now, I will be taking my other 3 cars exclusively to the Cahaba Heights Crosshaven Location of Express Oil! Thanks Evan!!!!
