All of the guys are Always friendly and helpful, but I want to give a special shout out to Lee ( and the other guy who helped me today). Lee has been the technician assigned to me on a couple of different jobs/services in the past and he was the Technician assigned to me today when I went in to have an oil leak checked. Just as He has done in the past, he did such an excellent & thorough job explaining the source of the leak as well as informing me what I needed to do until the leak was repaired. He then promptly got me an estimate for having the leak repaired. Lee is always. very friendly, nice, professional, polite and courteous and does such an excellent job of explaining things. And most importantly, you always know that he is being honest and upfront about repairs and costs, etc., and you know that you can trust him completely with the Information he is giving you. All the guys at Express Oil, Cahaba Heights, are great and do a great job, but I always know I’m in great hands when Lee is my man. He’s an excellent employee who does an outstanding job representing the company to your customers. Lee is a very valuable asset to your organization And would be to any business lucky enough to have him as an employee.

Ricky was my service person and he was so helpful and so kind and so very professional that it was a pleasure getting the services done. He explained everything that was being done and what will be needed in the future. I would definitely recommend seeing Ricky at Express oil in Cahaba Heights.
