  I can't say enough good things about the great service at this location. They really care and take pride in providing fast, quality service at a great price. I was on the way out of town today and went by for an oil change. As part of the inspection they pointed out that my treads were well below minimum (which I had suspected). I got my oil change and four new tires in a little over an hour at an incredible price. Eric is the best!

  What started as a bad experience turned into a good one. After having issues with a job done Eric and Andrew stepped up to correct the problem. There was zero hassle or excuses. They made it right. Thanks for the service guys!

  🌟Top Rated Reviewer🌟 Wow! They did actually change the oil in about 10 minutes.⏳ They quickly checked the car 🚘 and I needed my tires 🛞 rotated (def knew this going in), which usually takes about 30 minutes. Somehow they also got that done in 10 minutes. Altogether, I was in and out of there in 20. I like that they weren't pushy and on top of that, there's a lady's night 💄 👠 on Tuesdays that'll get you a 5 bucks 💸 off an oil change. I also recommend checking the website, because there were coupons on it that saved another $15. Staff were super friendly and respectful, a definite bonus! ❤️👍 if helpful, thanks! 🙏

  Awesome crew. Took my daughters 4Runner in for service, and there was a small hiccup when removing the oil filter. The filter housing unit had been installed far too tightly at previous service (NOT by an Express OC facility) and it had to be forcibly removed, damaging the plastic casing. Not only did the techs keep me advised of what had happened and how they would resolve it by replacing the plastic housing unit with a new METAL unit, they DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME FOR THE UPGRADE; (I offered to pay) I was told that this was a common issue with some 4Runners, and they even kept the new part(s) IN STOCK!! So while my service did take a few minutes longer, everything was taken care of within 40 minutes! The techs all worked together to complete the service on my vehicle even while servicing other customers. In the Marines we call that *unit integrity*, and this specific Express Oil Change has it in spades. Props to the manager(s) and the techs. 5-stars is not a good enough review; I vote for TEN STARS! Thanks to all of the staff at this location. You are an example for others!!
