Unfortunately, the employee who performed the replacement forgot to save the car's memory settings, causing the screen to stop working. I contacted one of your employees and was advised to visit the dealership to determine the repair cost or bring a document from the dealership detailing the repair cost. When I went to the dealership, they informed me that they could not fix the problem and could not provide any documentation because they were not responsible for the problem. I then returned to your workshop, and one of your employees called the dealership and gave me the phone number of someone I could speak with. I spoke with him, and he advised me to check the fuse. After examining it, it turned out that the screen was damaged. Later, I visited another car screen repair shop, and they confirmed that the damage was caused by a battery replacement. I returned to your workshop and reported this to your team. Although you have always been polite and helpful when speaking with me, no action has been taken to resolve the issue. I kindly ask you to take responsibility and help resolve this issue as soon as possible. (((( The screen was working perfectly before the battery was replaced )))))). I will not update my rating until the issue is resolved.
