- LFLauren FergusonSep 9, 20251.0We used to enjoy stopping at this store, but after our recent experience, we’ll never be back. My husband accidentally knocked over a tumbler while picking up a vape, and the plastic lid cracked during the fall. He apologized multiple times, and we had already paid for gas and the vape. Despite that, the employee demanded we return the vape we had already paid for—essentially taking back a product we legally purchased. That’s not just bad service, that’s theft. Over a $2 plastic lid? Really? If fragile items like tumblers are so precious, maybe don’t place them where customers can easily knock them over. The staff’s response was rude, unprofessional, and completely out of line. We were treated like criminals over a minor accident, and they made no effort to resolve the situation respectfully. We’re done with this place. There are plenty of other gas stations that understand how to treat paying customers with basic decency.

Basically an accident happened I broke an ugly Disney Tumblr top, apologized and was forced to give back an item I just purchased. So I guess they traded a regular customer for a cup??

I unexpectedly ended up buying food because of the amazing smell, and I was not disappointed in the taste. I am saving this location to my places to come back to again.
