- GMgee Morris1 day ago1.0Went in this morning to purchase a battery for my 2007 Cadillac DTS. I brought in an old replacement battery from another vehicle for the core fee. The Clerk assumed that it was the battery that needed to be replaced. I was told that they didn't do free installs for my battery because it is under the rear seat. Long story short...I returned the incorrect battery and was given ever excuse in the world by the Manager (who wasn't present during the transaction). Bottom battery was exchanged with poor customer relations.

Christina has tidied the place up and keeps a 5 star staff. there are two standout employees that seem to always be there John can answer any question about any car and is always above and beyond. Alex is a young guy who has astonished me with something new every time i shop there. Ive heard him speak several differnt languages to customers and switch rigth back to english with me. Overall very good staff and very clean and organized store

I guess they all retired , overall everyone was helpful finding the interior bulbs I needed for a specific vehicle . I needed a battery test and alternator test , battery was faulty and was able to get an expired / used battery for 40$ .
