- ABAllen B3 days ago3.0Might be the Allstate, but I carried it into the shop because the window cameras had to be calibrated, but I my car was there from 930 am-2 pm only to be told they tried an aftermarket windshield and it wouldn't calibrate. They told me it was in the warehouse and would be there the next day, didn't hear from them for 3 days. Finally called and got another appointment and they completed it. I wish they would've ceaned up their mess on the dash, and especially the dirty hand prints on the ceiling fabric around the sunglass holder and both sun visors.

The first time they said the appointment didn’t cross over to their side- it crossed something because I got a confirmation about the appointment. The second appointment was cancelled out of the system. No one knows who or why it was cancelled.i received ann email the morning of service with the date, time, and service techs name… still no show. Absolutely the worst ran business I have EVER encountered. If you are waiting on repair service from them, please look elsewhere. You can get confirmation text and emails. No one EVER SHOWS UP! 2 days wasted waiting for service.
