  Mercedes-Benz of Tuscaloosa employees go above and beyond for their customers! John Singley ensured the process of buying a car went smoothly and quickly and he always had great customer service. They also have a wide variety of used cars! I’ve had my Acura RDX for a year and have nothing but good things to say about the car and this dealership!

  I live a few miles from Mercedes Benz Birmingham the local MB dealership but choose to travel 31 miles to Mercedes Benz Tuscaloosa. My family has purchased several cars from MB Tuscaloosa and every purchase has been outstanding. Currently our 3 Mercedes are all serviced with exceptional service. A few days ago, I noticed I had lost 4 pounds of tire pressure. Looking at the tire I realized I had managed to run over a screw with a washer. Immediately called LaDon Stables a few minutes before 6 pm. He is awesome and as usual exceeded my expectations going above and beyond. I followed his recommendations and was able to drive my GLC home. He called me back to check to make sure I was safe. The next morning my GLC and I were riding on a tow truck to MB. Upon arriving LaDon accessed the tire. The original OEM tires needed to be replaced. I was given several options with recommendations for tires. After a few hours my GLC had 4 new tires and completely cleaned inside and out. I honestly felt like I had a brand new GLC. I am so very fortunate to have LaDon Stables as my MB Service Advisor. I recommend him and MB Tuscaloosa for all your Mercedes needs. In October I will have been driving Mercedes for 40 years. I have used 2 dealerships in Florida (Naples and Ft. Lauderdale) and 2 in Alabama (Birmingham and Tuscaloosa). Mercedes Benz Tuscaloosa is by far the Best of all of them. They are professional, caring and make me feel like I am part of their family.   This is my 2nd bad experience with this dealership. My “advisor” was Owen H. and his communication/ professionalism is horrible. My vehicle was ready for pickup Tuesday evening, however I wanted to know how much my warranty would cover. Mr. Owen assured me he would call the company that day. My husband and I called several times and left messages to get an update on my vehicle warranty coverage . Each time we called, at separate times I might add he was ALWAYS Busy. The following day I called, spoke with Owen. He informed me he still “ didn’t have time”, and that he would get someone else to call. 2DAYS LATER ‼️‼️. I was so furious…. On a different occasion I went to have my heater repaired and they didn’t repair it, but instead informed me after I picked it up my car that it “would be expensive to repair”…. Keep in mind that’s the only reason I dropped my car off and I didn’t ask about the price. They always put courtesy wash on my receipt, and I’ve yet to receive it. I was actually thinking about purchasing another Mercedes, but with poor customer service like this, I’ll travel to Birmingham or surrounding counties to purchase something else or for any repairs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership and especially not that advisor.
