- ABAdrianna BoydApr 10, 20261.0i do not recommend this mavis location (mcfarland) i had an 8AM appointment for two new tires and a rotation/balance. when I arrived, there were only two people ahead of me, so I expected a reasonable wait time. however, after waiting for HOURS, i noticed that customers who arrived after me were being serviced and leaving before me. When i finally asked about the delay around 1 PM, i was told that my car had not even been started yet and that there were still two people ahead of me. After waiting FIVE hours, this was extremely frustrating. i requested either a refund of my deposit or to purchase the tires and have them installed elsewhere, but was told i would have to pay in cash to take the tires. that’s literally insane business. only after i expressed that i was leaving did they suddenly offer to move me ahead, which shows a lack of organization and fairness in their process. waiting 4–5 hours for two tires with an appointment is unacceptable. this experience caused me to miss other plans and reflects very poor professionalism on their part. i would not recommend this location, at all!
