Here’s a clean, firm version you can use (complaint, review, or statement). I kept your voice but made it structured and more impactful:
⸻
I went to Express Oil on Highway 69 for a routine oil change. During the visit, I was told I needed additional services, including a fuel injector service. Although I didn’t originally plan to get that done, I agreed and paid for it.
Before this visit, my vehicle had no issues with overheating, the thermostat, or any hoses. There were no leaks or temperature problems at all.
After the oil change and fuel injector service were completed, I was told the vehicle had been test-driven. However, shortly after leaving, I noticed a serious issue. While driving to the gas station and then to Walmart, my temperature gauge dropped completely to hot, which had never happened before.
Due to this sudden problem, I had to take my car to Mavis for inspection and repairs. I was then charged $800 to fix a hose and thermostat issue—problems that did not exist prior to my visit to Express Oil.
As a result, I paid $190 for a service that appears to have led to additional mechanical issues, costing me significantly more money. I am extremely dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of work performed on my vehicle.
