  So this was the first time I ever bought a vehicle out of state and I really didn’t know what to expect. I found this truck on cargurus and I texted and ask if the truck was still available and was immediately contacted by a salesman named Jackson. He sent me a video of him walking around the truck and kinda showed me everything that he could in the video. I decided to take the leap and began doing all of my paperwork online. Once everything was approved Jackson called me and asked when I wanted the truck delivered to my house and I told him today. Tuscaloosa is probably about three hours from my house and he told me the truck would be there in three hours. When the truck was dropped off it had a practically full tank of gas and was just as perfect as Jackson had described. I’ve waited since I bought the truck in May to leave a review since it’s not my daily driver just to see if I would have any problems that was not disclosed. Besides a leaking radiator hose which Tuscaloosa paid to have fixed at my local ram dealership there hasn’t been anything. I’ve taken this truck on two trips out of state and it has performed wonderfully. I’m so in love with this truck and cannot say anything bad about my experience. My salesman was easy to contact since he sent me the video on his personal cell phone and I would for sure use him again when I need another vehicle. The only word of warning that I would give for anybody buying an out of state vehicle online is that it takes a while for the paperwork for the tag to come in. I’d like to give a big shout out to my salesman Jackson. Thanks for selling me the truck of my dreams and keep up the good work.

  We definitely had an amazing experience with Justin. He went above and beyond to give us the best deals and vehicles. He put in so much hard work and we were able to get a nice truck with a low down payment and a low monthly payment. We will definitely go back to Justin anytime we need a vehicle.

  Anyone that has a problem with this dealership selling them vehicles and misrepresenting them......I urge you to contact these people I talk to them last week and they said they have about 5 complaints on this dealership there working on making a decision about shutting it down or no.......these people are crooks .....sold me a vehicle that had frame damage never told me I had to find it out though the states records......I have a pending law suit on them.....but I highly urge you to report them to these places

  Every time I come to CDJR Tuscaloosa I receive the best service. The employees are very professional and courteous. Ahmad is sells is one of the best I've seen in the business. Kudos to all of you for a job well done.

  Highly recommend to not to do business with the dealership that pushes sales and Consistently misled clients and engages in very shady practices. They are all concerned about getting the sale not about clients and if you have a problem with the vehicle, they will take zero ownership. They will upsell you and leave out and not disclose correct Information. Please choose another dealership. Review all the paperwork, do not trust manager or sales people. I have done independent shopping and they have left out and sold and flat out gave me incorrect information as to what was on The paperwork I reviewed. In addition, the car I requested is nothing to what I asked, and as when I checked the Bluebook value, it was highly overpriced and they were trying to sell me as a deal. Needless to say, I walked away, and I will encourage everyone to choose another dealership and please read your paperwork. I do not recommend this dealership to any clients and I would certainly ensure that none of my family and friends do business with someone who engages in shady practices. My honest review stay away and find better dealership!!
