    Great windshield replacement. You can book an appointment online. They also took care of the insurance claim. The work was finished in 2 hours, and they provided text updates throughout the process. The whole process was easy. I would recommend anyone needing to replace or repair their windshield to take it to Safelite.

    Had a window of 8am-12pm to get a chip fixed. He called and said he was running over an hour late past the 12pm end of the window. Never called back and phone wouldn't take calls. Had to call and put a formal complaint in. 8 hrs of waiting, had to cancel all afternoon activities just to not get it fixed then either. Terrible service
