We realized they gave us the wrong one and told them but they wouldn’t swap it. Your loss because we usually frequent this location several times a week buying showers and hundreds of dollars worth of store items every stop and filling up on diesel and DEF fuel. It will cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars in the long run. We will NEVER BE BACK AND WILL NEVER STOP AT ANOTHER PILOT ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES EVER!!!! WE SHOULDN’T HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES’S INCOMPETENCE!!! The shower is tiny and the parking lot is DISGUSTINGLY TRASHY AND DANGEROUSLY OVERGROWN ON TOP OF INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES!!
