They best they could do was give me a truck in Birmingham at 7 am the next day. So i had to drive an hour to Birmingham then an hour back to Tuscaloosa to meet the movers at 8:30 then drive 5 hours home. The man I spoke with was not apologetic at all and when I asked for a discount he said he would give me 50% off but when I got to Birmingham he had only discounted it to 35%. Awful experience.
