    I would like to thank Mercedes-Benz of Tuscaloosa, particularly the sales manager, Amiee for ROYALLY SCREWING me on my last purchase which was July 2025. I LOVE my new car, but from talking to Mercedes-Benz Financial Services today, it doesn't seem like she was completely honest with me about what ending the lease on the old car would look like as it related to Mercedes financial and the responsibility remaining on the previous car. Because of some error on the part of Mercedes of Tuscaloosa related to the VIN number on the lease end paperwork, I have been assessed some HEAFTY FEES by Mercedes Financial for a car I NO LONGER OWN. Looks like I will be living in the new car because of the dishonesty during the purchase. I AM COMPLETELY HEARTBROKEN right now. I have been a Mercedes Benz Financial customer for YEARS (Mercedes of Birmingham) and I have NEVER had THIS type of problem before. I knew there would be some fees that went along with turning the previous car in early, BUT I COULD HAVE NEVER IMAGINED the problem that is happening because of what the finance place says is an error on Mercedes of Tuscaloosa's part, that unfortunately, I have to deal with. I have also noticed, that no one from Tuscaloosa has called to check and see if I am enjoying my car. Coincidence? I THINK NOT!. What I thought was a helpful, awesome job getting me in my next dream car has turned into a COMPLETELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE all in the manner of my one phone call to Mercedes Financial to make sure everything had been "tied up with the ending lease. Thanks, Mercedes-Benz of Tuscaloosa! Had I known this would end this way, I could have kept my other, other Benz.

    Its very rare that people will do what they say. But Mercedes Benz of Tuscaloosa dif that and more. They were excellent from start to finish when providing me with the best customer service you've ever seen in your life. I can definitely say that when called upon, they delivered!!!!     We were looking at a jeep gladiator unfortunately it didn’t work out here, but the sales people and all staff were very nice and helpful and I hate it didn’t work out with them. I highly recommend going here the experience was very nice and accommodating!

    I had a very disappointing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Tuscaloosa. While traveling back to Maryland, I had a blowout and arrived about 20 minutes before the service department opened. I waited in front of the service garage, assuming someone would at least acknowledge me since staff were already inside. No one came out, so I went inside to explain that I needed new tires. Unfortunately, no one greeted me—everyone just continued talking or looking at their computers. When I finally approached someone and explained my situation, the response I received was a cold “Service is closed.” There was no empathy, no offer to help, and not even a recommendation for where I might be able to get assistance nearby. Considering I was far from home and stranded, the lack of customer care was shocking and not at all what I would expect from Mercedes-Benz. What made it worse is that staff clearly saw me waiting outside for 20 minutes, yet no one thought to step out and let me know the department was closed or offer any guidance. It left me feeling not only frustrated but also unwelcome. This experience did not reflect the professionalism and care I’ve come to associate with Mercedes-Benz.
