None of these things turned out to be true after I had it checked by another mechanic. There’s nothing worse than knowing someone’s trying to take advantage of you.

I have been using another tire shop in the community and they have always been fine, but I came in with a flat tire on my wife's vehicle and they showed me the actual issue and took care of me in no time for a very reasonable price and bc of that initial experience I brought my truck back for tires, brake pads, oil change, air filters, power steering flush, all the things and the level of service I received was really honestly top notch. My wait time at Mavis was extremely short where as usually at the other shop I have to drop my truck off and not be able to get it until closing time if even then same day, usually it's a 2 day process. I can not recommend this shop enough. Do yourself a favor and go to Mavis on Rice Mine. No need to deal with long waits and more expensive prices. Yes I sound like a rep for Mavis but I am not. Just a really satisfied customer. Tire shops can seem to have you over a barrel sometimes when you need work done. This place, this team and their process did not feel like that at all. You guys have won a customer! Thank you so much!
