Should I start with my first time buying a tire from there and then coming back to buy whole set and asked them to keep the one new tire I just recently bought for them to lose it within 1hr, or when I went to rotate those tires I just bought to find out I had crossed threaded lug nuts not only on front left but, front right as well costing me over $250 to order parts and fix on my own. I will never use Mavis on 69 south in Tuscaloosa again. Oh and not too mention this all happened after waiting for 3hrs for them to install the tires that they did right at closing time. Guess it makes sense now.

I dropped it off at the appointed the and they said they would call in a couple hours once it was done. I returned 6 hours later and they said they hadn't gotten to it and that I would have to come back tomorrow. I felt they should've told me when I dropped it off that they wouldn't work on it that day. I have a busy schedule and it's hard for me to find time to bring my vehicle in for service, especially during weekdays. That's why I made the appointment.

They were able to fix my tire in a reasonable amount of time and made the experience enjoyable. Also made me make this place where I’ll take my vehicle for future services from now on.
- MRMadison RaeNov 4, 20251.0Brought my husbands truck in at 10am truck was not pulled in until almost 12pm sat without being racked, nothing done to it until 3pm i finally told them to back the truck out at 3 with the tires still vibrating afyer my husband brought his truck last friday and sat there for 5 hours waitong for his truck. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion considering i used to work there knowing cars shouldnt take 5/6 hours to be serviced.
