  Had an emergency, Sunday at 5am someone threw a rock at me from a overhead bridge. Cracked my whole front windshield on the semi. Called monday morning and they had it available, arrived and had everything set and ready to go. In and out in 1 hour and 30 min. Great job and good customer service.

  After Tuscaloosa Toyota recommended Hank's, I scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that I had called and cancelled it the day before. I told the office manager that I had not called or cancelled my appointment and was again told that someone had and that I did not have an appointment. No apology, no offer to reschedule, just back to business. After wasting the morning and a 40 mile round trip, I will never use Hank's again and I now have a good idea why they are not BBB certified.

  After getting my Freightliner Cascadia windshield cracked by road debris in the middle of the night on I-20 near Tuscaloosa I panicked. I called Hanks Auto Glass first thing the next morning and they had the glass in stock and took care of me within minutes of my arrival. I pulled the truck around to their shop and their skilled technicians jumped right to work. I was truly impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. I definitely recommend Hanks Auto Glass to anyone who needs their glass repaired or replaced.
