  I would like to thank Red for her courteous and professionalism while helping provide the best service at express. I would also like to thank the young man who was underneath my vehicle for catching the plug that could have possibly caused the massive oil leak. The information to make sure that I get it fixed correctly before my next service is greatly appreciated.

  I don’t think I will come back. I went for a quick oil change and the man was VERY nice which made me feel super good about it. I am new to town and was going to make this my regular spot. When I left, I was headed home to Florence and heard a loud enough noise that my car started swerving, I thought I had blown a tire or something. I looked around and no tire blown, but the plastic panel that covers the bottom of my car had not been put in properly. When I called back they told me I had to DRIVE it back. Mind you, I had to go 20 miles an hour 10 minutes back down the 6 lane highway to make it back. They kept saying it was just plastic as if it could not break off and puncture the tire. When I got back, ALL of them kept looking at me crazy and it took 45 minutes for them to just out my panel back together. The original man who did it did not even apologize. A different ma came over and I expressed to him that this is a newer car that I struggled to pay for in the first place so there should be nothing wrong with it and if somethings is then I would like a new cover ordered. He told me he would personally ensure that there were only a few scratches but no cracked damage. He never came back to speak to me again. When I pulled out to leave, you could hear and see pieces of the plastic falling off. I looked up under my car and it’s cracked and chipped to hell. Do not think I will be back. $100 for an oil change and for them to break something on my car is crazy. I don’t want this to reflect on the company as “awful” but these kind of mistakes need to be corrected. It caused me to be 2 hours late getting back home to Florence to cater an event.

  I’ve come here 3 times now, and it’s been a flawless experience each time! When it comes to car maintenance, it’s very stressful to find trustworthy folks. I had my oil change place in my hometown, and now I’ve got my place here!

  I was driving my daughter’s car and discovered all of her tires were low and one was almost flat. When I drove in Elizabeth was very quick to help me with a complementary air adjustment in my tires.Everyone was very nice.
