Store is a bunch of crooks. Charged my card on the weekend without trying to settle with my insurance company on a weekday.
My insurance will pay for the entirety of my rental. Mr. Brad Smith decided I was going to pay on a weekend. Bad business model and not professional. I will not ever tent from enterprise ever again. Last straw.

I don’t believe I have ever received the vehicle class I reserved at this location.
Earlier today, I reserved a Full Size sedan, yet the only option offered to me was a small-class sedan. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup time and waited 30 minutes after my original pickup time, but no Full Size vehicle or upgrade became available. Ultimately, I was provided a Nissan Sentra, which is well below the reserved fare class.
This has been a recurring issue at this location, and I’m struggling to understand why reservations consistently cannot be fulfilled with the appropriate vehicle class or, at minimum, a comparable upgrade.
If Full Size vehicles are routinely unavailable, reservations for that class should not be accepted. I would appreciate an explanation and clarification on how this location handles reservations moving forward.

Customer service at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Tuscaloosa, Alabama was excellent. The two agents who took care of me were professional, something I rarely experienced on my trip. I rented a Nissan Sentra for nearly 30 days. The car was absolutely fine though I seldom drove it. After an 8-year absence from my hometown, my sister insisted on driving me most places. At least, I learned how to use Android Auto. My sister said the back seat was nice though she is nearly 6-feet tall.
