I turned on the A/C and the whole car started to smell like marijuana. I called JT and they apologized multiple times and asked if they could swap out rentals with no questions asked. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that handled the swap out when I got there, so hopefully JT can let management know who it was, because he was top notch and made me feel like a VIP. These two fellas need to be compensated for their service.
