While on hold, I decided to just drive to this place which is like 5 minutes from my home, thinking they were slammed packed, just to see only one customer in the store and another who walked in with me! The black guy attempted to help and they still didn’t have the couple things I needed! Told me that the windshield wipers for my car was too expensive and will only last a couple months and suggested that I try another store!!! I will not be back! Lazy workers!

The tool was just thrust into my hand and was told "let me know what it says when it beeps." Then it never beeped. Coincidentally, my wife came by later in the morning to find a light bulb replacement. Worker refused to look at the bulb to tell her which one to buy or even look it up on the computer. Seemed like more than laziness, but actively unhelpful.
