  They kept pushing for a review, so here it is! Unprofessional and pushy. I was traveling and just needed a quick wash. Byrd wouldn’t let me grab my own receipt so I could continue and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain this, and that I already have a membership at a different company in Florida. He kept interrupting saying “let me finish”. Then the next employee told me to put my car in park so they could scrub with the brush manually, and never said they were finished. Next thing I know my car is bouncing up and down because the conveyor started while my car was in park. To be fair, I use to live in the area and have used this location before and had good experiences. But today I felt like I was on a hidden camera prank show.

  Bird was very thural with car wash products made me feel good upgrading my car wash and will soon start month to month because of his communication skills.
