  Reserved a truck and when I went there to pick it up, when I had just gotten off the phone with my bank, they said I couldn’t rent a vehicle from them that system would not allow it since I have an out of state drivers license. Well you know what I didn’t plan for my vehicle to break down either. I strongly suggest doing a drug screen at this location as we could smell the marijuana loudly when we first walked in. I’ve never been treated like this by enterprise. And I rent a lot of vehicles from enterprise but not anymore!! Sorry enterprise the crew at this location caused yall to lose my business and my company’s business

  Outstanding customer service before, during and after the rental process. Would recommend this location to anyone that needs a rental car. This is my second time renting from this Enterprise and will rent again fr them.

  This is the worst place now. They rented a truck to my husband and as he was on his way there they called him and said and I quote “There are no trucks available for rent in Alabama til April 11th because of all the hail damage.” So he turned around and came home. We are trying to move these 2 weeks and are Old and Sick and they didn’t try to help at all. Called another Enterprise but I will review them separately. Shame on you Enterprise you used to be the best
