I had a coupon but didn't understand the difference in the price of synthetic and regular oil LOL I also wanted to get my tires rotated. I was having a bit of hesitation about the cost even with a coupon so the manager came out and agreed to honor a coupon for regular oil even though my car and he used synthetic oil to change it and replace it. He did not have to do that they were all very nice and I am a Jiffy Lube customer for life. Shout out to Derrick and his awesome team in Trussville!

At payment time he said $10 off. Then he tells me there is a shop supply fee of $9.99 that I was not told of. He did remove that charge. The three quarts of oil that was not covered in the price I believe is over priced (almost $13 qt) I was also told it would be a 20 minute process but turned out to be 45. I don't like surprises at check out. Lesson learned, get price in writing before. 😕

Faced car in direction of road for easy exit. It’s the small acts of kindness that make you want to be a repeat customer. Told me about available coupons and got a discount on tire rotation with my oil change. Lobby and bathrooms perfectly clean.
