This particular Enterprise location was swamped on a Monday morning and the staff on-hand had a lot going on beyond their control. Larry was both patient with the heavy load and frustration from customers and impressively kind. He was personable and took the time to help with learning a new vehicle. Five stars for Larry.

It rings, music plays, someone clearly picks up then disconnect. I tried the online chat, no help. I tried fb social media and they reached out stating they’d reach out to the location to have them reach out to me. I’m hoping someone gets back to me before closing.

Making appointments online and checking in ahead of time will only benefit you by having a vehicle reserved. It will not save you time here, as this location is plagued by staffing issues. Often, there are only 1-2 employees in the branch. I have had numerous instances where it has taken over an hour and a half to drive away with a vehicle that I had a prior reservation for, and yes, I placed the reservations at least a week in advance.

I took my car the shop got dropped off to pick my rental up and was told it was no car available. Called costumer service and was told they would call me back with a solution that was an hour ago just got home after finding a ride home. Still waiting. How do you confirm cars that are not in inventory?

The "Trussville Enterprise" is much like all Off-Airport locations, older higher mileage vehicles and a disgunctional system. This location has personnel issues, they dont answer their phone, one guy cant do it all. Consequently, when they have an issue and ask Customers to call them, no answer. Its not just this one time at this location, its often that one makes a "Confirmed" reservation that they have days to prepare, they wont have it when you go there to pick up. The understaffed location personnel that are there, are so harried and flustered they seem to believe its the customers fault that they are so disorganized, understaffed and short on cars. This Enterprise Plus member is done with this location, its great one day, and the worst ever on the next. No consintency and no expectations they will develop it.
