- MMMason MillerSep 18, 20241.0Absolute awful place to go to. Went in for a leak in my passanger side floorboard which I knew to be my AC condensation tube leaking. It had snapped off by where it drains outside the car. Well I go in, the black man working on 9/17 @ around 630pm was playing around with some customers he seemed to know so I went looking for a tube on my own. He finally got done horsing around and I asked him if he could look at the tube to see if they had something I could fit over it. Well he proceeded to tell me he is the only employee in there and couldn't leave. Not 30 seconds later a guy came in and he went out to check his battery. So he couldn't give me a minute but could give him one ok. Then him and whatever woman working there tried telling me it is my heating core and it is leaking freon into my car (without ever even looking at it). I told them no it is my ac drain for the condensation, it is literally water. No one would go look at it, no one would sell me tubing, and finally they stopped even speaking to me. I left and went to O'Reilly right down the road and got what I needed. The gentleman there even placed it on for me and made me a whole contraption. I knew better than to go back to Advanced because the last time I went there the same woman wanted to argue that my alternator was bad when I knew it was the battery. She reluctantly tested the battery and sure enough that's what it was. She then didn't have time to install a battery so I went elsewhere. That woman working that day and 9/17 (same person) needs training or a new job. Same goes for the black gentleman. I'll never try to spend another dime in this place, it's an absolute joke.
