  Broke down in Troy, Alabama these guys were awesome! Chris got me in right away and fixed the issue putting us back on the road quickly. Absolutely the best! Courteous, compassionate and professional. Highly recommended.

  I went to Mavis Tires & Brakes for the first time for a simple oil change, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, and I did not leave until 3:30 PM — for just an OIL CHANGE. It took an hour and a half before they even brought my car in from the parking lot. During that time, I was repeatedly told, “just 10 more minutes,” multiple times. Those 10 minutes kept turning into much longer waits with no real explanation or urgency. In total, I waited two hours and a half hours for something that should have been quick and straightforward. I felt like my time and everyone else’s was not respected. There were other customers there who had also been waiting for long periods of time. I understand that places get busy, but communication and honesty about wait times make a huge difference. This experience made it feel like customers’ time simply wasn’t valued. I hope they can improve their scheduling and transparency moving forward.

  4 Tires and an alignment. Friendly, helpful service. Solid quality. Plenty of seating in the waiting area. I don't want to spend that kind of money again (decent prices) but when I have to I'm going back here. Thank you Kara and team.
