My car has high mileage and requires full synthetic oil. That was my request. The quoted price after discount was a little higher than I'd hope for but I still remained and agreed for service. As they began checking out my vehicle, a lady was seen talking with them and she then comes to my window and explains to me that my engine requires a flush because of built up residual moisture within it and an additive that would help my engine stop eating the oil as fast. She is the customer service director and her name is Jaime. She was intelligent and highly personable and fully explained why my car needed the service which would double my quoted bill but she would also get me another discount to make it worth it. She also sold me on a headlight restoration that my driver side really needed. This was my first visit but I'm now going to change to them to be my regular car service place. I'm driving my vehicle until the wheels falls off and Jaime was amazing and understood my goal. Thanks to her and the great guys that serviced my car and the future service plans ahead, I'm confident that I'll be able to depend on my vehicle for a lot longer than if I had continued going elsewhere.
