They changed my oil four times in a row and didn't tell me they had stripped my oil drain plug. After my fifth oil change with them, I noticed an oil leak, so I took it back to them for repair. The day after their makeshift, improperly-adapted oil plug "repair," the leak was worse. I then took my vehicle to the dealership. A technician there informed me my drain plug had been stripped and a repair had made it worse (which fit my scenario entirely and they confirmed this with a video I have). The dealership repair cost $567, and they told me that if what they initially tried didn't work, the next repair would cost nearly $2000.

Then Eric came and introduced hiself and got started with my process with getting me setup in the computer and showed me my opitions for the different plans for oil changes. He had Great customer also. They really took good care of me. I will be coming here from now on. I am going to tell all my family and friends to come to the new Jiffy lube in troy alabama.
