The technician didn't mention anything about my vehicle, which I thought was normal since it was my first time. Later, when I went to another Express shop, I realized that you can change the vehicle's name and use different types of oil. You always have to discuss any potential problems you might have, and I'm very upset with your service; it's terrible The shop I went to changed both my filters and my tires. They could have made sales with me, but I see they don't care about any of that
