  This place is the absolute greatest. Robert,Hunter, and Justin went above with their customer service and being kind. I had a lot of different things that needed to be done and I definitely might have been a little cranky because of a sinus infection all week and might have had a little attitude lol and they were still extremely nice.They communicated, they were honest, and I am forever grateful for these gentlemen. They are extremely knowledgeable and do quality work for a reasonable price. There are a lot of tire and car shops around and what sets them about is their customer service. As well as the peace of mind that it's being done correctly and with quality products. There is a reason they have such a high rating and I will never take my vehicles and spend my money elsewhere unless it's something they can't do which is very little. Highly recommend and worth the wait time if there is any.

  They told me one price on the phone after i told them everything about my vehicle and what I wanted,then set me an appointment for 4 pm. I left work early and drove 35 miles to get there only bring the money I was told it would cost..I was there at 4 like they asked and when I got there they told me it was gonna cost me 179.00 instead of the 89.00 they originally said it would cost me over the phone.

  Worst experience i’ve ever had at a tire shop. My tire busted on i-10 and the state roadside guy highly recommended this place. My expectations were unfortunately not met. We spoke to Theodore (the manager) over the phone and he told us they did have a tire available. When we arrived, he met us at the front register and continued to state that they were no longer taking customers with a joking smirk, which was not stated over the phone. We assumed he was joking because he was nonchalant about the situation. He then told us multiple people call and ask about a tire and that he didn’t expect us to come up there. He lacked all professionalism and basically laughed in my face after receiving a police escort and being in obvious distress. He continued to talk about us with a fellow customer who was in the store when we arrived in front of our face. We were told this place was very friendly and professional and that was not the case with us.
