  Went there to return a 19MM socket that was $14.99 and got asked a million question by the white older bold head manager with the glasses. The socket had never been used and I told him that but yet the man kept telling me it had been. I had a flat tire in New Orleans while I was there. I went to the Auto Zone there, because for some reason, my tires had unique bolts that no one could get off at the tire shops. Me & my boyfriend went to try and find a socket that would work. The one I returned was the one that the guy at the other Auto Zone picked out but it didn’t work. Actually needed a 7 spline key to get the lugs off and luckily we found a shop with the right tools to get the tire off after searching for close to 5 hours. So glad we didn’t have to ride home to mobile on a bad tire. But anywho, I will not be buying anything from this location. I’m not even sure why it was such a hassle at this location for something that was only $14.99 and hadn’t even been used and had the sticker hanger still attached to it, when we had no issues doing a return at the nNew Orleans location while trying to figure out what would work for the lugs. Really location gave me discrimination vibes.

  I just purchased a product from this location. And let me tell you... Mr. Kyle was the most professional and helpful person I have ever dealt business with at an AutoZone! Store is clean and we'll stocked! I would recommend this location.

  I lost a windshield on I 10. Stopped for the night in Mobile. Cantor and associate were most helpful in replacing my wipers. Very personable and professional.
