    My wife bought our boat at the boat show as a surprise for me. We have been treated like family since day one. The purchase was seamless and the add-ons we wanted were installed professionally and look factory! Lee was professional and easy to work with, no haggle or talking up the boat. Brian handled all of the paperwork and warranty upgrades without question. These guys are absolutely amazing and we will forever be “family” we love our Nitro. The icing on the cake was, Lee asked all the pros at the boat show to autograph the deck lid and they all gave my son a jersey. What a great experience!

    These guys are great. Headed from North Carolina to Arkansas pulling a boat and the trailer failed just outside Birmingham Alabama. After contacting multiple places trying to fix or replace the trailer we finally found these guys. They sent 3 guys with a new trailer over an hour from their store to me and helped us move my boat (in a gas station parking lot) from the old trailer and put it on the new trailer. They had us back on the road in no time. Definitely recommend these guys for any of your marine needs. Thanks guys for everything!

    Never Again!! In August 2025, I purchased a brand-new Polaris Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar Edition from Sylacauga Marine. The buying process started off smoothly — I spoke with Brian, who was friendly and had the unit in stock at a fair price. I drove an hour and a half to complete the purchase, and everything went well at first. When I picked up the machine, the service department strongly emphasized that the 25-hour service needed to be performed by their dealership or it could affect my factory warranty. I had owned five previous Polaris Rangers since 2001 and had never been told that before, but I took their advice and took the unit back to them at exactly 25.0 hours on the machine. I was surprised by the high cost for such an early maintenance visit, mainly just an oil and filter change and a look over the machine. If I owned a dealership, that first maintenance checkup would be complimentary, since it is such a big ticket item, but that’s not how they do business. Also the plastic seat track on the driver side was broken and they said that another one would be ordered promptly, and that they would call me when it came in. To this day, they have not followed up. A few weeks later, when the machine accumulated around 34 hours, I began hearing a high-pitched squeal whenever the air-conditioning compressor engaged. I called their service department and spoke with Zane, who said he had never seen this problem before. Unfortunately, our calls kept dropping, three different times — he said their phones were down to one line — and after that, no one ever called me back. I made multiple follow-up calls over the next week asking to speak with a manager, but never received a return call from anyone, including Brian, whom I asked for by name. Finally, After getting nowhere with the dealer, I contacted Polaris Industries directly, and they confirmed that the claim about having to return the unit to the selling dealer for the 25-hour service was not true — service can be performed anywhere without affecting the warranty. Polaris helped me find another dealer who promptly scheduled me in to inspect the issue. The other dealer treated me with the professionalism that I expected and deserved. I feel that it is important to share this experience, so others are aware. I wish Sylacauga Marine and ATV success, but in my opinion, they completely failed in customer service and honesty after the sale. I will never return there and recommend that others find a reputable dealer that stands behind their products and treats their customers with respect and an acceptable level of accountability.
