I showed up for my appointment this morning and the lady told me my tires were not at the store and had been diverted to Baton Rouge, LA. She said they could get them in tomorrow morning and when I asked her if she was certain they would be in tomorrow morning she had to check and it changed to tomorrow no definite time. They did not offer anything for my inconvenience. I guess they didn't really need my business. It was only about $1200.00. So I went to another tire supplier and ordered my new tires. There was also another person there that had an appointment at 330pm yesterday and he was told to come back this morning and he was still waiting when I left. The real kicker for me was I recieved a reminder this morning for my appointment. My overall experience was very bad and I will not purchase tires from them again. I would be very careful about my time if I were purchasing tires from this company.

I got exactly the tires I wanted at a competitive rate. An additional service was recommended soon but was not pressured to have them do it. I would highly recommend others to go there and I myself will be back.
