I don’t understand how a tire professional can lack such attention to detail. This is an Audi I mean could you have at least tried not to ruin every single wheel? I believe someone is going to fix this but this is an inconvenience and I feel this could have been avoided.
- MBMargy BartleSep 23, 20251.0Today I brought my car in just to get a tired patched, and nearly 2 hours later I’m still waiting. I’m the only person in the waiting room.. I finally go around to look in the garage to see if I can figure out what is taking so long. The supervisor(or whatever his position is) came out with a whole list of things he said that needed to be done. I never asked for this, I just needed my tire patched and get to work! The kid just tried to placate me, and he only pissed me off more as he was not at all apologetic. At this point my patched tire has cost me much more than $25. I wish I could say this was the only time this has happened, but it’s not. I will NOT be back!
