I pretty much knew where it was leaking from but she let them look at it anyways. They didn't plug any diagnostic equipment in or anything. They opened the hood and said yep it's leaking coolant but we don't know from where. I said don't touch it I'm coming to get it with my trailer. They charged her a $95 diagnostic fee which I understand that they technically did diag it but it literally took 2 minutes. Then the whole reason I'm leaving this review is because when I got there with my trailer I opened the hood to make sure they put the engine cover back on properly. And I immediately see that they left the big rubber insulation block off that protects the injection lines so the engine cover doesn't rub anything. So for $95 they charged me to leave parts off my vehicle that I had to go back in the store and ask for. Leads me to believe what would they have left loose or unplugged if I would have let them work on it if they can't put a simple piece back on like that??

I would like to give a huge thanks to y’all. y’all were very helpful and I really appreciate it.
- MJM JOct 16, 20252.0I am meticulous about not curbing my wheels. Only after getting new tires put on here are they now all destroyed! I don’t understand how a tire professional can lack such attention to detail. This is an Audi I mean could you have at least tried not to ruin every single wheel? I believe someone is going to fix this but this is an inconvenience and I feel this could have been avoided. This has still not been rectified. I will be contacting corporate
