  Made a reservation at 12 p.m. to wait in store while it was done. I arrived around 11:50 and I am not leaving until after 2:30. Absolutely insane to wait over 2.5 hours for a simple oil change.

  Entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They went into overdrive to help me with the issue that I had. Got me in and out in little time. I am so grateful for their kindness and help.

  Sean the manager was very helpful to me as I had a tire problem on my road trip. I will definitely go there again if I am in the area.

  My wife's 2014 diesel Jeep started overheating. She pulled in to get them to look it over. It was leaking coolant and she face timed me. I pretty much knew where it was leaking from but she let them look at it anyways. They didn't plug any diagnostic equipment in or anything. They opened the hood and said yep it's leaking coolant but we don't know from where. I said don't touch it I'm coming to get it with my trailer. They charged her a $95 diagnostic fee which I understand that they technically did diag it but it literally took 2 minutes. Then the whole reason I'm leaving this review is because when I got there with my trailer I opened the hood to make sure they put the engine cover back on properly. And I immediately see that they left the big rubber insulation block off that protects the injection lines so the engine cover doesn't rub anything. So for $95 they charged me to leave parts off my vehicle that I had to go back in the store and ask for. Leads me to believe what would they have left loose or unplugged if I would have let them work on it if they can't put a simple piece back on like that??

  Tried to update my brand new 2025 Chevy Silverado 2500 and my truck wouldn’t crank after I updated it as I’m sitting at Men’s Wearhouse in the parking lot frustrated I walked all the way to Goodyear auto service and with no hesitation the manager did whatever he couldto help me get my truck to crank. I would like to give a huge thanks to y’all. y’all were very helpful and I really appreciate it.
