What an awful location to have any kind of business. Entrance to and from highway is whatever length of shoulder you manage to use before actually moving out of or into a lane of travel. Not to mention cross traffic is forced to guess how much time they have to cross due to a nearly blind rise in elevation for approaching traffic. Drivers routinely fail to signal their lane departure before slamming on the brakes and diving off the highway so they dont have to use the shoulder to slow down and merging traffic frequently guess oncoming speeds incorrectly. Leading to vehicles at speed slamming on their brakes or diving into other lanes causing confusion and more panic braking.
With how little people pay attention in the first place even the eagle eyed drivers get caught in the crossfire. You cant "look ahead" on this incline to judge the speed fall off from the driver preparing to exit without indicating. You cant even trust the guy ahead of you will react with any kind of courtesy to you. the best bet is to let everyone get very far ahead of you on the uphill bit. Recover the speed and distance once things level out after.
Dont patronize this place. Let them relocate or invest in some infrastructure that takes their burden off the rest of us.
