I'm sorry but the two ladies I was in there today at 11:54 how are you going to preach to me about a box that wasn't even damaged at all only had a few grease spots and the brakes were perfectly fine for a return and the lady in the glass is going to say would you buy a box like that but then turn around and give me a box that looks like it's being used, then turn around and give me some breaks for a different car when the box is damaged and everything like that and you'll see the pictures underneath

Those location is a joke. Just needed a battery tested and surprisingly I was the only customer in the store. The first employee eventually come from the back and nonchalantly acknowledges me... Tell him I need a battery tested, he doesn't know how to do this, fine. I'm guessing the "manager" is the next to acknowledge me, has a tester in hand, great. As she is testing the battery I am standing 3-4 feet away, the normal space you leave in any convo. She says "I need you to stand back." OK, I'm not in your personal space, she repeats. If I was close enough to be in her personal space, I can understand the request. I wasn't.
I came into THIS store ready to spend $200 plus for an AGM battery. EVEN IF MINE ONLY NEEDED A CHARGE.
I gladly went 1/2 mile down the road to Advance Auto Parts for a much better experience.

Excellent customer care. I know these guys had to have been tired of all my questions! It was close to closing time at the end of a busy weekend, but they went out of their way to help me. They exceeded my expectations.
