- BHBreanna HuntOct 9, 20251.0Some background on me I'm a supervisor at a bank and I handle customer service / training all the time and this place can use some customer service training, my husband had stopped in and the receptionist I said yes they can definitely help she was friendly and personable but then some older man came over and said absolutely not that's a rust bucket, too much rust we're not working on that, its too old. He told us to go to Pensacola and go to Midas they'll beat my prices anyways I'm too expensive. We live practically down the street from this place and wanted to support locally especially with this business being in our town and having good reviews! We brought in our 94 dodge Dakota which has very minimal rust (my 2011 gmc has a ton more rust than this old truck) all we needed was for the Cherry Bomb to be taken off of the truck because it sounds absolutely horrible we bought it from young kid. We're not rich by any means but we were willing to spend money there for whatever was needed and was turned away which I've never had an experience like that until this place. We will never support this business now after this encounter and I wouldn't recommend going to them either.
