Car issues and their often unexpected happenings can be one of the most frustrating things to deal with, at least for me. The amazing customer care reps as well as the manager of our local Valvoline, Joshua, have helped us to navigate our frustrations and went over the top to offer as much help as they were able to provide, up to and including Joshua, the manager, making a l visit to our house to personally check out our vehicle and offer up his best professional advice. We couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Valvoline for being at the very top in the customer service department, youve truly raised the brand your level of professionalism is one that should be recognized.
