When I called it was automated and was told I had to put in a request. I attempted to cancel my membership and was unsuccessful this route. The company deducted the monthly charge from my bank and I called again, this time waiting to speak to someone. FINALLY someone answers, states they can escalate the ticket and cannot do anything else, cannot give a time frame for the refund and I cannot speak to anyone in this department. Who knows if I'll ever receive a refund? Highly disappointing in the way this business is conducted as well as the car wash.
