I travel frequently and the highest I have ever paid for this service anywhere is $65. They quoted $332 and said it was due to labor. This job takes roughly 7 to 10 minutes. They wanted $68 for the oil change alone, again with me supplying everything. Another express lube shop previously performed the same service for $59 just three months ago. Absolutely absurd. Just say you don’t want to do it. Anyone who pays that price should rethink their decision. Extremely overpriced! This is exactly why I avoid places like this. Take your business elsewhere.

- TFTaite FieldsDec 1, 20251.0So where do i start came in for a Routine oil change while having it done was told I had multiple issues with my Jeeps front suspension was given a estimate and decided to do the repairs because I travel to and from school everyday and this is my only means of transportation.. I left my jeep and was told it should be done shortly after lunch and they would call me but didn’t get my jeep back till after they closed and was informed that they wasn’t able to send it to get a allignmemt but on my way home that night my jeep had a terrible pull and felt like steering was loose I took it to another shop closer to home to avoid driving it back and shop informed me that several of the parts replaced were left loose and there was no way they could do alignment so myself and my dad brung the jeep back to jiffy lube to figure out what could be done after leaving it was informed by their Main service mechanic that parts where in fact left loose by other mechanic but was told everything had been tighter up and correct pins where installed after getting jeep back it was far better no pull or loose steering and was able to get it aligned and it’s doing great now but writing the review to warn anyone else do not let the Skinny long haired guy who says he the mechanic work on your vehicle he left multiple thing loose and had to have other mechanic fix it thank you to the other mechanic and older gentleman with for getting my jeep fixed and taking care of the issue at hand
