    If you are looking to waste your time. Go here ! They like to waste your time not telling you upfront that they want a security deposit of as much as the rental. I guess it's hidden in their online statement. Just not good business.

    The gentleman at saraland enterprise was so nice and so attentive and very fast to get u back on the road I will definitely be back if car breaks down again

    I always have a wonderful experience. I’m a very frequent renter from this location (2+ time per month usually) and I’ve never had a bad experience. Jayden is very friendly and always pleasant and extremely helpful. The new manager has been very kind, as well. I’ve only ever had one car I’ve had issues with (just a simple window going out) and they resolved it immediately. It’s a small location, so not a lot of people working at once but I’ve never waited longer than a few minutes and they’ve never been anything other than extremely friendly, even on their busiest days. The cars are always clean and run well.
