  Do not take your car to Fast Lube in Saraland.. Because your car is not secure. In case something happens to your they will not assume responsibility.

  Do not take your care to be serviced or fixed at this location. They engage in fraudulent and deceptive business pratices. My tires and rims were stolen, my car is missing parts and no one can locate my key. Corporate told me if I pursue them in civil court they would charge me a storage fee. Do not utilize them for nothing.

  The service here was great. There was no hassle or haggling about what services were recommended or other products being pushed on me. The tech and shop manager serviced my car with an oil change. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and took my preferences with no issue. I will be back!

  WHEN I DROVE UP GUY WALKS TO CAR AND I ASK FOR PRICES OF OIL CHANGE, HE COME BACK WITH A CHART AND I (SHOWED HIM) AND (TOLD HIM) I WANTED THE 49.99. WHEN ,(THE CAR WAS READY Another Guy COMEs BACK WITH A PRICE OF OVER 100 BUCKS AND I TOLD THEM WHAT I DID EARLIER. HE SAID WELL THIS WAS THE $119 CHANGE BUT I'LL CHARGE YOU.89.99.I Learned a good Lesson Today, before Anyone ever Changes My Oil Again i'll Double Check they Understand the Price. Glad they asked for this Review, maybe i just Helped another Person out on Either A Huge Misunderstanding or a RipOff...???????

  Quick in and quick out. The service was great and the manager, Melissa, was "Johnny on the spot" to answer all my questions. The price was cheaper than many of the other car service places in Saraland. I'll definitely be back! In fact, I've already scheduled a different service for next week!
