  Most unprofessional sales person I have met. I think his name was Jeff, but not 100 percent sure. We asked the desk if any trailers were open to look through and she told us the ones out front were, but if we wanted to look at others we would need to get with a sales representative. Went out front and all were locked up. Went back inside and told her they were all locked and Jeff just walked by me and she said he had the keys so I followed behind him as he made his way to the Class Cs outside. My wife asked if she could look inside and his smart comment was would you want someone to walk through your RV that you just bought. Then we asked if we could look at the other ones and he told us the policy was to sign up which would have been fine and I am sure it is the policy like most RV places that I have bought from. Since we were told differently we were confused by his attitude. The lady at the front desk might not have known what was going on, but at least she was friendly. Jeff needs to be retrained in customer service. We canceled our service appointment for our current RV and I guess we will go somewhere else when we upgrade soon. Lost our business forever!

  My husband and I stopped by today to check out campers and narrow down options for when we are ready to buy in the next couple of months. Michael Love helped us find the best options for us, and was very patient and knowledgeable. We are excited to be able to purchase soon, and will be back to work with Michael.

  Yesterday my husband and our dog Kallie came to Camping Word for the sole purpose of visiting to get an idea what type of travel trailer we would want when we retire. The receptionist was very friendly and gave Kallie a dog treat. We were assigned Jennifer Williams and could not have been more pleased. She was so kind, professional and a wealth of knowledge. When we are ready to purchase, Jennifer is the only sales person we would want to buy from. We walked out of there so happy and excited and extremely appreciated we had such a great visit and that was definitely because of Jennifer.

  We had severe issues with our travel trailer. During the summer while at the beach and camping near the water a storm came up while we were away shopping and sightseeing. When we got back, we found the awning had tore away from the camper and an arm backet holding one end of the awning had broke. We also had one of the electric stabilizer arms in the front bent. When I brought in our camper, Megan, the Service Manager immediately helped us and she was so helpful and friendly. We also asked Megan to get them to perform yearly maintenance (recondition roof, pack wheelbearings, a/c service, propane service, and other maintenance). We just got our trailer back home, and as a former engineer, I was impressed with their work. The awning was smooth, as well as they put in all new front electric stabilizer arms and motors. I highly recommend them and when I need more work done on our camper, I will be back.
