- JSJohn SpicerFeb 24, 20261.0I have driven from Fairhope to the Robertsdale location for over 10 years with several vehicles and always had good, friendly and reliable service. Today none of that was happening. Had a couple questions, one about transmission maintenance and the other regarding tire pressure. Sorry I bothered you guys with my questions. Rude smart ass useless responses, they didn't want to be bothered.Then instead of removing old service sticker they stuck the new one next to the old one, so I had to clean the glue off and I get to look at their sticker right in the middle of upper windshield which will remind me to not use this company again.To top this terrible service off I had to reset the maintenance reminder myself via Google instructions, because the guy didn't do it correctly. Not going to bother with this place ever again and I urge others to not tolerate the rudeness involved here and LAZINESS !!! They also set the service reminder for 3000 miles, manufacturer says 10k, 5k would be reasonable, but 3k for full synthetic expensive oil ? And for this miserable experience I get a computer generated response. Pay attention people. This place is Not the same anymore ! I seriously wonder if they even put full synthetic oil in my car, because there is no telling what kind of oil was in the blue picture they used to fill my car.
