  Great place to stay while at the Bob Tiffin Service Center. The dogs love playing in the dog park and there are full hookups. This review isn't five stars simply because it doesn't have amenities such as picnic tables or patios. It is basic but nice.

  We come almost every year to service our Tiffin motorhome. Nobody does a better job at repairing your RV like Tiffin. Everyone is really nice too.

  I can only echo all of the positive reviews for the Tiffin Service Center in Red Bay, Alabama. We bought a 2024 coach brand new and (as expected) had several items that needed attention - not a negative. When you have miles of wiring, as well as thousands of screws and connections, you should expect to have a few things that need to be adjusted or repaired. We were treated VERY well by all of the staff. Special recognitions to Paula the service scheduler who managed our expectations regarding wait times for an express bay (we showed up without an appointment), and to Jeff and Scott the mobile service techs who came around to determine our needs and understand what needed attention - they explained the process and patiently answered all of our questions. But most of all, I wish to give recognition to Brian and Jody at Express Bay #14 - they listened and understood my warranty concerns shortly after I pulled in, and worked more-than-diligently to resolve as many of our concerns as possible in the relatively short time allotted for an Express Bay visit. They were able to get a lot more finished than I expected - shouts out to their dedication and hard work. They (Brian and Jody) made this visit a memorable experience for sure. They are great people and deserve recognition. One other honorable mention is "Doc" who provided valuable advice regarding installation of some tech upgrades. He understood exactly what I was hoping to accomplish and enabled me to make all the upgrades I was hoping for. The entire staff at the Tiffin Service Center was friendly and dedicated to ensuring we had a great experience. If you have anything less than a wonderful experience getting work done on your Tiffin product, you should probably look in the mirror and ask whether you might be a spoiled rich jerk. The staff at the Tiffin Service Center is NOT the problem!

  We spent a Sunday night there and got on the list. Monday at 7:10am we were called to an open bay. Within minutes our water pump was fixed and a hydraulic leak was ID'd. Was sent to a mechanics bay and by 10am it was fixed. Did a couple more small things and on the road by 11am. Wonderful, positive experience.

  Lost TV and 2 recepticals on month trip. Local service tech took shortcut to kinda fix. Took 3 techs at Tiffin working together to correctly fix the issue. You can't find a place to fix a Tiffin elsewhere without such a wealth of knowledge. 2022 Phaeton 40IH
